NO FAR MORE SQUEAK!! Took it back in and Todd had it totally checked out. Apparently the metallic pads had been not suited to my HHR so they put ceramic pads on. They re-turned the rotors, lightly sanded the read drum shoes and re-tested. No much more squeak. NO CHARGE.

NEEDED NEW PADS!!!! GREATEST service I've EVER gotten. When I came in to Just Brakes, my brakes were so poor they were grinding. I knew that this was incredibly poor, but I hadn't had the cash to bring my car in until then. The guys at Just Brakes got to my vehicle about 5 minutes after I walked in. They took a look, and had me go out and look with them. My brakes were completely shot. I didn't know a great deal about brakes, but they showed me precisely what was wrong and why it was bad (I needed new pads, shoes, calipers, break lines, a brand new master cylinder...the works).
